Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before ordering from us. By purchasing items from us you are confirming that you agree to these terms of sale. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
In these terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer and “we”, “us” and “our” refer to rewindretrogaming.com.
Once you have completed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This will confirm your shipping address, items ordered and the amount paid. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are correct and to contact us as soon as possible to correct any errors, once the item has been dispatched we cannot correct any errors and cannot be held responsible if an item does not arrive due to incorrect address details. If you have changed your mind we will cancel the order if it has not yet been dispatched.
All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel an order and refund any payments made if there are any issues with the order. This can be due to a number of reasons, such as (but not limited to) previous loss in post to the same address, incomplete address or contact details. Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may have been priced incorrectly, not described accurately or be out of stock. If this happens we reserve the right to cancel your order. We may (at our discretion) contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or with the correct description. If we are unable to contact you within 48 hours or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or with the correct description we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund. We are under no obligation to supply products at the incorrect price.
Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and us will only take place once we have dispatched the item. We will send you an email to confirm the item has been dispatched.
Any product with a PEGI (Pan-European Games Information) or BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) rating will be clearly visible in the product image. It is an offence to attempt to buy a certified title if you are under the required age or to attempt to purchase one on behalf of an underage third party. By placing an order on this site, you are confirming that you are of the correct age and not purchasing for anyone else underage.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Once dispatched your item should arrive within 3-5 working days. This timescale can vary and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the delivery company being used.
If your item does not arrive within this timescale, please be patient. If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until more than 14 working days have passed. If more than 14 working days have passed since the dispatch date, please message us via the Contact form. Please include your order reference number and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation, the claim that we will make as confirmation of the lost parcel.
Once delivered, the goods ordered become your property and your responsibility. We will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, if any items are incorrect, missing or damaged on arrival. You must retain all packaging until you have checked you are happy with your item(s). In the unfortunate event that your item(s) have been damaged in transit, we will need you to provide photos of both the damaged item and the packaging in order to allow us to make a claim with the delivery company.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
We offer a 30 day returns policy. Please use our Contact form to obtain a returns authorisation and the return address.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item it is up to you to pay the return postage costs, it is advisable that you obtain proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of an item. Either re-use the packaging it was sent to you in or make sure it is well packaged as it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches us in the same condition it was sent out in. Any sealed items must have the unopened shrink-wrapping intact. Once received, we will refund you in full as long as the item is the same condition as it was sent out. We reserve the right to deduct the loss of value to any damaged item from your refund.
In the unlikely event that any product you purchase is faulty we will either offer a replacement item (if available) or issue a full refund once the item has been returned. We will refund the equivalent postage cost of sending the item back upon receipt. Please note if we find the product to not be faulty, you will not receive a refund of your return postage costs. We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of items being returned and checked. Once processed card payments usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account depending on your card issuer. PayPal balance payments are usually instantly refunded once processed but can take up to 2 working days. Once refunds are processed they are out of our hands and are processed by PayPal and/or your bank, any delays caused by these other companies are out of our control. We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any time.
LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
So far as the law permits, we will not have any liability to you (whether or not caused by negligence) relating to products provided to you by us for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. This includes loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of goodwill, damage to reputation, damage to computer software and other computer or storage systems.
